PARTNERSHIP
Helping Young Dancers Take Their First Steps.
At Dance Techniques, we believe the best teams begin with a conversation.
Whether you found us through Facebook, heard about us from a friend, or are simply looking for meaningful part-time work that fits this season of your life, we’re so glad you’re here.
For nearly 30 years, Dance Techniques has partnered with preschools and childcare centers throughout the eastern Dallas suburbs and surrounding communities, bringing studio-quality ballet and tap instruction directly into schools. Every class is an opportunity to help young dancers build confidence, creativity, coordination, and joyful lifelong memories—and every teacher plays an important role in making that happen.
We know every applicant has a unique story, and we’d love the opportunity to learn more about yours.
Why our Teachers Love Dance Techniques
Teaching with Dance Techniques is about so much more than teaching dance. It’s about becoming part of a team that believes in supporting one another, celebrating little victories, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children.
When you join the Dance Techniques family, you can expect:
A Schedule That Works With Your Life
Our classes are taught during the preschool day, which means you’ll enjoy evenings, weekends, school holidays, and summers off.
For many of our teachers, one of the biggest perks is that when their own children are out of school, they’re usually off too. We follow our partner schools’ calendars, making this a wonderful fit for parents and anyone looking for a schedule that complements family life. If an ISD closure affects a scheduled class, you won’t be expected to teach. Even better, you’ll still receive $20 for every scheduled class that would have taken place.
